Accepting Invitation

Only participants that have been invited to a Proficonf meeting using a link or have been sent an invite to their email can participate in an event.

The link can be sent to a participant in any preferable way. 

You may get an invitation using a link. In this case, when you follow the link, you'll get to the lobby of the meeting upon clicking the link. This is what you will see when you do:

Enter your first name or first and last name. Click “Join” when you do.

Click “Join the room” and you're going to be redirected right to the meeting room.

Also, if you have registered with Proficonf before, you can sign in by email.
Click "Sign in with your email".

The next step -  enter your email and password. Click the "Sign in" button to join the meeting.

You can sign in via social networks. Click the button with the logo of your preferred social network and sign in. 

You can be sent an invite to your email

If it is an Instant or Scheduled event, the invitation will include the event hostname, event name, date, and time with the specified time zone in which the meeting was scheduled.

If you have been invited to a Permanent room, the invitation will include the event hostname and event name.

Press "Join the Conference" and you'll get to the lobby of the conference.

Enter your first name and click “Enter Conference”.
